Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has done lots of work to improve its modern and beach-themed rooms with wonderful views, but the average breakfast and shocking dinner service were major letdowns, resulting in a not-so-restful stay that didn't meet expectations in terms of value for money.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, well-airconditioned. However, sharing a single geyser can be a minor inconvenience. The service is super friendly and attentive, but there were some lapses in attention and communication. The location is excellent with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, although there were concerns about noise levels. The dining experience hit the right spot with a range of options available. Facilities are adequate for a pleasant stay.
I was thrilled with the hotel's location, just a stone's throw from the beach and with a vibrant pool area. The rooms, while spacious and tidy, lacked some basic amenities like shampoo. The service from both the front desk and housekeeping staff was exceptional, although paying for Wi-Fi separately was a drawback. Dining options were underwhelming with limited offerings during my stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and offered splendid views, but the breakfast was average. The restaurant served disappointing dinner options, with cold vegetable soup and subpar pizza. However, the rooms with full corner baths were amazing.
The hotel offers a tremendous sea view and spacious rooms, making it one of the bigger ones we stayed in in Southern Africa. The breakfasts were average, but the rooms were ok overall.
The hotel has beautifully decorated rooms, but our booking was incorrect, leading to a mix-up with the room type. The service, while pleasant overall, had some inconsistencies. The location was convenient and enjoyable, despite some areas needing upkeep. The dining experience was a mix of amazing options and some shortcomings.
